Appleyard Events is dedicated to delivering all aspects of your event. From initial concept, design, implementation and delivery of your event to supplying crew and making it happen on the ground. We have experience (across our team) of all aspects of events. Whether that be Health and safety, Traffic Management or boots on the ground implementation. We are fuelled by realising your vision, by applying our years of experience in the industry and carefully considering how to make your event into something no one is going to forget.
All of the Crew, Contractors, Team and People we work with are carefully chosen, and all sourced in line with our founder’s exceptionally high standards. From Operational management, Logistics, full design, creative ideas, Rig and derig, and site management of large festivals to installation of exhibitions and delivery of conferences, - the quality of service we deliver always drives our customers back to us. We are proud to work with you and your event from concept to completion.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER:
Philip Appleyard founded Appleyard Events back in 2005, having trained under West End Head of Sound, Digby Shaw and studied at top rated institutions, City University of London to name one. A musician and thespian at heart, Phil soon realised that his keen ear and intuitive feel for performance gave him an edge when working on production. From here, he started to work as a trusted pair of hands in theatre productions, designing and installing technical environments, engineering sound for corporate clients and ultimately managing highly successful events and festivals from initial concept to execution. Just take a look at some of the events we have proudly been part of. Over the last 4 years he has expanded his knowledge in the events industry by taking qualifications in Health and Safety by leading event industry professionals.
His professionalism and pursuit for perfection saw him become a firm favourite amongst some major names in the UK music industry - including Carrie Grant (Fame Academy, Pop Idol and “Glee Club” judge and coach).
All of this experience spurred him on to create a company of Site production Crew, Health and safety professionals, technicians, Designers and engineers he was proud to work with, on events he was proud to be a part of. This has lead to Appleyard Events being Honoured with an award for Technical Brilliance in 2018 and shortlisted for many other major event categories
